Booking Cancellation Policy

At Hotel OCCAZIA, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand the terms and conditions associated with canceling or modifying your reservation.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

    • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will not incur any charges, and any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.
    • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

2. No-Show Policy

    • If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not notify us in advance (a “no-show”), you will be charged for the entire duration of your booked stay.

3. Early Departure

    • If you decide to check out before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the full duration of your original reservation.

4. Group Bookings and Special Events

    • For group bookings (typically 5 or more rooms) or reservations during special events or peak seasons, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
    • Cancellations for group bookings must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date to avoid additional charges.

5. Refund Process

    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
    • Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Modifications to Reservations

    • If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates or room type), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new booking rate is higher.

7. Force Majeure

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a refund, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
